Bacup THI Partnership Board

The THI Partnership Board is made up of representatives from across the town; local and county councilors, local business representatives, community groups, and heritage interest groups. The Partnership Board oversees the strategic delivery of the project. The Partnership Board has also formed a number of Sub-Groups to help deliver specific elements of the THI project. These Sub-Groups are:

Physical Works – which oversees the work to improve and regenerate the buildings in the THI

Public Realm – which oversees the development of the public realm improvements for St James Square

Community Engagement & Training – which helps to develop and deliver the community activities and training opportunities provided through the THI

Key partners helping to deliver the THI project through the Partnership Board and it’s Sub-Groups include:
